New Plugins Newsgroups

There are two new newsgroups avaiable in the mozilla hierarchy - netscape.public.mozilla.plugins, for discussions of the enhanced plugin API of Mozilla, and netscape.public.dev.plugin-upgrade, for discussions regarding the upgrading of current plugins to the new API.
