I am thoroughly confused as to how to install an extension using the new Extension Manager.

The EM launches firefox to browse the Tbird extensions page on the update site. But then what? If I left-click, Firefox tries to install the extension to itself, which of course makes no sense at all. If I right-click to download the extension, the file I get is "install.php", which does not contain the extension.
