Latest UserFriendly Comic Strip Pokes Fun at Mozilla

Thursday April 22nd, 2004

Gabriel and Alex Vincent both wrote in to tell us that Mozilla is the subject of the latest UserFriendly comic strip. The cartoon was apparently produced as a result of an email Alex sent to UserFriendly creator JD "Illiad" Frazer.

Update: The Mozilla series continues with Friday's UserFriendly strip and Saturday's cartoon.

Now that would be great in SVG, duh --- opps wrong thread.

What they said to me.

1st joke, a big complement to javascript pop-ups being blocked. 2nd joke, two-fold a)also a complement, many feel the mozzy is full of bugs that make it unuseable. b)Mozilla moves you out of the square world. Kind of a Matrix joke. 3rd joke, part two of 2nd joke a)

The folks there really like Mozilla and were just giving it the biggest thumbs up that they could. Never seen their site before, and probably won't go there again, however nice to see the spreading of the word as in the Dilbert cartoon that was linked to earlier in this thread.
