This is a bit off the topic of the article, but anyway...
I see the point of reorganising - having bits of everything on the first page isn't good - but I think the information is presented in rather the wrong order now as a result.
Currently the support page links to the forums page, and then there is a link to the documentation at the bottom of the forums page.
I think the forums page should just have the user forums (as the name says), and the links to the documentation pages (where there are links to Firefox help, etc) should be moved on the main support index page.
