Wired News Recommends Mozilla for Security
Wednesday February 11th, 2004
Wired News has a Cheapskate's Guide to a Safe PC, which includes Mozilla among its recommendations. Referring to browser and mail client as "one of the best all-around free security tools", Wired notes that "switching to these open-source programs can help you avoid problems." The report goes on to highlight some of Mozilla's other features, including tabbed browsing, popup blocking and privacy options. Thanks to FriedEgg, Patrick Gallagher and Lin for the news.
