Lim Chee Aun, creator of the Phoenity themes, writes: "As an effort to support the Mozilla Foundation, a Phoenity Cafepress.com Shop has been set up, selling merchandises and stuff with some Phoenity flavours. All profits will be donated to the Mozilla Foundation."

The amount of broccoli on the menu has nothing to do with anything....your choices are still the same: go to another restaurant or order something without broccoli. It's as simple as that.
The guy made all the these themes because a) he wanted to and/or b) people liked them and asked him to make more. In either case, it's his prerogative, not yours.
And if you think a chef wouldn't get upset with you if you complain about his choice of ingredients, you obviously don't know many chefs (or even watch Food Network much). ;)
