Website for Daniel Glazman's Disruptive Innovations Launches

Friday October 3rd, 2003

Robert Accettura wrote in to tell us that Daniel Glazman's new company now has its own website. The online presence of Disruptive Innovations is still incomplete and has several broken links, though the products page features some information about Composer++, an improved version of the Mozilla Web page editor.

MozillaZine has previously reported on Daniel's new business, which has already been contracted by Lindows.com to develop a Composer-based Web editing tool.

I would like to see the ability to publish to an SFTP site added to Composer++. Quanta does this and DreamWeaver MX 2004 just recently added SFTP support. I think more and more web servers only allow SSH connections and not FTP/Webdav, rendering Composer as it is unable to publish changes directly.

We're a small firm but still need dozens of Dreamweaver licenses. If we could instead buy a module for Composer that added this support for, say, 50 bucks per user, we'd be all over it. As would surely many others.
