MozPhile writes: "In an effort to publicize a new CSS design for, a new mozdev project has been created. Based on the current design, this new one features valid XHTML 1.1 and CSS 2, with semantic HTML. First a fully standards-compliant browser, now a fully standards-compliant website to top it off!" Netscape 4 is NOT one of our major targets, they represent less than 1% of the global internet popupaltion and if they haven't updated their computers it is almost certainly because they can't (486 class computers, cybercafés, universities, corporate intranets, macOS8computers...).

A plain text page IS accessible, it may be dull but it is accessible and that's what most modern sites offer to Netscape 4.
