Bugzilla 2.16.3 and 2.17.4 Released

On Thursday, the Bugzilla Team released Bugzilla 2.16.3, the latest stable release, and Bugzilla 2.17.4, the latest development snapshot (not recommended for use in production environments). Both updates fix several security bugs so all users are advised to upgrade. See the new Bugzilla Status Update for more details.
