I'm pretty sure that Netscape 7.02 won't have any more security or stability fixes than Mozilla 1.0.2 has as a matter of course. Nevertheless, Netscape 7.02 was released after Mozilla 1.0.2. Thus, it may in fact have more such fixes.

Netscape has extras that Mozilla doesn't have, including built-in Real One, Flash, Java, Netscape Radio, ICQ, AIM, and others.

One other feature that might be different is the pop-up blocker. The Netscape 7.02 version apperas to work better than that in Mozilla 1.3 beta, and thus I assume than that in Mozilla 1.0.2.

YMMV.
