I would like to see search improved and a genaral permission manager.

The search should have a way to first get the session ID and then use it in the seach. Lots of Libraries use session ID for their search. Eg Libray of congress. This page has links to most libraries <http://www.loc.gov/z3950/> .

I would also like to have the POST bug in search fixed.

I think Mozilla should be the best tool to find good information. The spam filtering looks promising to get good information.

I would also like to have a gernaral permission manager that are "the same" for all permissions the manager should be easy expandable . EG I would like to control images, javascript, popups cookies, flash graphics... the same way.
