His situation isn't that rare. I'm using mozilla _because_ it's a cross-platform _suite_. And I don't feel like using an inferior product at all. Give me a mail client with a working spam filter (it's *really* cool), multiple accounts, that easily holds ten of thousands of mails per folder, supports POP, IMAP both with SSL and runs on Linux, Solaris, MacOS X and Windows. Then give me a better browser than mozilla (at least with tabs, popup-blocking and typeaheadfind (and no, lynx in multiple terminals doesn't count)) that again runs on Linux, Solaris, MacOS X and Windows.

And if there are those better non-suite-apps available then why shouldn't mozilla make a good suite? The other market for standalone products is obviously already catered for (according to you).
