I agree. Take the bug for cloning windows: <http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18808>. It's been around since 1999. It has 108 votes. I voted for it early last year. People obviously want it, but the developers seem to be in the camp opposed to it. Personally, I don't see why you'd be opposed it seeing as nobody is asking for the current behaviour to be removed or disabled. What is the point of the voting system?
BTW, is there a way to see all of bugs sorted by number of votes?
