Tuesday December 10th, 2002

David Boswell writes: "To prepare for the next printing of the Creating Applications with Mozilla book, we are compiling a list of corrections for the text and example code. If you would like to help with this effort, feel free to post to the reviewers@mozdev.org mailing list or open a bug with details of the error or problem you have found in the book."

I actually just started reading the online version. Cant wait to be able to write my own app.

Im wondering is the new version going to be a book aswell or they just updating the online version. Was thinking of getting the book as a nice little xmas present for myself. But I would wait if a new one is on the board. Thought current one was printed in Sept 2002

"Im wondering is the new version going to be a book aswell or they just updating the online version."

The article begins "To prepare for the next printing..." so I imagine that a dead tree version will be available.

When the original printing runs out, there will be a chance to make corrections in the 2nd printing of the book. There is no set date for when this next printing will happen because it depends on when the 1st printing is sold out.

An estimated date, from the publishers, for the next print run is February 2003. This will include corrections.
