#2 Username/Password Prob in Firefox 3.0.5
Friday January 23rd, 2009 8:02 PM
I only have the problem if I am downloading addons. &c., featured on the main-site (for Firefox 3.0.5, Thunderbird 2.0.19, Sunbird 0.9); if I want to download 'for older versions' or 'experimental' addons, One has to logon---and I just *can't*!!! I have reset the password, I have changed the mailto:, I opened a second account!!!! I tap in the username, tap in the password (if I am using Firefox 'Safe Mode'), check[or not] "Remember me on this machine"---it whisks me back to the page I was on... which says "Register/Log On".
