#22 Mac Leopard - extension problem

It doesn't seem like beta4 for Mac likes extensions compatible for beta4, or extensions in general. First, FF doesn't even recognize the xpi file to auto install. Second, trying to download and save the extension to the hard drive doesn't work either. I've done a fresh install of FF (trashing old preferences and trashing the old app support folder.) Has any Mac user had luck with this version? Beta3 seemed to handle FF extensions just fine. Leopard 10.5.2 – iMac 2.4 ghz – 3gb ram
