Meeting on Future Mozilla Firefox Support Forums HeldMonday May 14th, 2007The notes from the second meeting on the future of Mozilla Firefox support have been made available online. The telephone conference was organised by the Mozilla Corporation and took place on Thursday. The discussion concentrated on ways to improve forum-based Firefox user support offerings. The MozillaZine Forums currently host the most popular Firefox support boards and the discussion included opinions on the current strengths and weaknesses of the present site. However, the usefulness of the meeting was somewhat limited by the low number of regular MozillaZine Forums participants present. As well as written notes from the meeting, a complete recording of the phone conference is available for download in MP3 format. The recording is 14.5MB and lasts thirty-one minutes and forty-nine seconds. The meeting was part of a series of public meetings on the future of Firefox user support. The next meeting takes place on Tuesday and will cover real-time chat. If enough MozillaZine Forums regulars can make it, the forums may also be discussed again. |
