Links Toolbar Landed

Gervase Markham writes: "The Links Toolbar from bug 87428 has finally landed, bringing us ever-closer to full support for HTML 2.0. You'll see it in this morning's builds. The auto-show is still in development over in bug 102832. Good places to try it out are Bugzilla buglists, the W3C, and many machine-generated manuals or documents, such as the GNU Make manual."

That's exactly what it's for. <>

It's basically MS's favicon feature with 2 important improvements:

1) It's optional for the user, so somebody who doesn't want servers to be able to track which pages he/she has bookmarked can turn it off.

2) The server can specify where the icon file is, or if there isn't one. So servers don't get bombarded by requests for a nonexistent "favicon.ico" file.
