Links Toolbar Landed

Gervase Markham writes: "The Links Toolbar from bug 87428 has finally landed, bringing us ever-closer to full support for HTML 2.0. You'll see it in this morning's builds. The auto-show is still in development over in bug 102832. Good places to try it out are Bugzilla buglists, the W3C, and many machine-generated manuals or documents, such as the GNU Make manual."

<> which is probably where the majority of the page-load-time fixing will happen. 102992 is more about the new-window and startup time impact, which might take a bit longer to fix since it's not such a dramatically noticeable performance hit.

Btw some work is going on in <> which might just result in the toolbar getting added back to the build, turned off by default, for 0.9.5. This bug doesn't need votes, but if you know how to do page-load-time performance testing, confirmation that the patch does what it should do would be appreciated.
