Gervase Markham recently posted his feelings on what a 1.0 release of Mozilla would be. Gerv has sent us the follow-up to that posting, including much of the feedback he received. This is easy. At some arbitrary point in the near future require _all_ employees of Netscape (including marketing, office workers and CEO) to use the latest build (say 0.9.3).
Within days, the important criteria for a successful 1.0 release will have been screamed into the QA teams ear from neighboring cubicles.
