This is great! Very quick and clean, like the config options too..
Very awesome, should definitally be added into Mozilla... can't think of a better sidebar tool at the moment.
The only other cool things I could think of for the sidbar would be a Calculator and a working "Notepad"... would be very usefull (I'm not a programer.. =( boo )
Just some ideas

I can only add to the above. This is greatest thing since sliced-bread. The install was easy, and it doesn\\\'t slow down the loading of a page. Plus of course you can turn it off and on like all my sidebar tabs. Just one more reason to use Mozilla and not IPee opps IE ;-)
#3 Calculator panel

Here's a calculator panel with an interface that's somewhat like the TI-83 homescreen:

Thanks! know of anyother cool panel stuff?

What kind of graphical interface do you have in mind?

Have you seen the calculator on my.netscape.com
somthing like that would be cool.. it's a little too impracticle having to type in the + , - *, etc. in when you need an answer fast (which would be my reason of use for the calculator in the sidebar)..
Still very awesome though!

Hi Have you been able to get into your webmail at 'My Netscape'? I haven't been able to login since the 26th Jan. I get into 'My Netscape' with no problems but here is a paste of what I sent to the support, no answer from them yet.
Since 26th Jan haven't been able to log into WebMail. Have tried every browser that I have. Have also tried it from three different machines at three different location. Always the same. I fill in the login information. Click on login and get sent back to a window that asks if I want to login in or join. Between clicking and landing bact at http://home.netscape.com/webmail/index-f.html I can see my mailbox address appear in the url address window, but then it is gone and land back at a sign in page.
This is my second writing to you on this matter. Haven't had a response from you yet. Is webmail down?

glad to hear that i'm not the only one. however since September, yuch, i've had the same account for three years and have used it for my internet address in order to keep the spam down on my private house address. which means a lot of my other registered pages are pointing to email@example.com. this is a real bummer for me. if yahoo would create a tab for my sidebar in mozilla, then i'd change over. thanks for the company ;-)

I find it faster to type using the keyboard than to "type" by clicking multiple buttons with my mouse. You're right, though, in that you're more likely to have the mouse handy right after opening a sidebar panel. Also, because of bug 50665, I don't think I can focus the textbox as soon as the sidebar is opened (without stealing focus whenever a new Mozilla window is created with that panel open), which makes mine considerably slower.
The my.netscape.com panel you're talking about is available as a sidebar panel, though:
add sidebar: http://info.netscape.com/fwd/sidusdir/http://dirt.netscape.com/cgi-bin/sidebar.cgi?title=Calculator&URL=http://info.netscape.com/fwd/sidusclc/http://sidebar.netscape.com/sidebar/wrapper.tmpl?service=calculator
#12 LINK toolbar

Nifty sidebar tool. If it also showed the values of rel attributes, it might partially make up for the LINK toolbar, which has been awaiting review for the past few milestones (http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2800).
