The New Mozilla Roadmap is Online!
Tuesday October 27th, 1998
Mozilla.org just put out a huge (huge I say) reprioritizing of their development roadmap. Work on the new layout engine has gone so well that they are going to move to it as the sole layout engine (dumping the old one, but keeping it around as a testbed). Click here to read the news. News of interest: Cross platform front-end, scriptable components, embeddable editor, widget library ported to GTK, new mail and news clients, and more! Big thanks to Brendan Eich for all his work preparing this roadmap.
More when I'm alive again.

...and too ungrateful. I think the NGT layout engine will be a great addition to what promises to be an exciting future release of Mozilla 5. If it means better quality, Netscape can be late as long as they need to.
