Alphanumerica has started a new site for development and promotion of third-party Mozilla applications. is now live, with areas devoted to Alphanumerica's projects such as Aphrodite and the Theme Builder (now called Chameleon), as well as other third-party projects such as Fabula and Dino.

They have lots of great plans for the site, including CVS access and nightly XPI builds. If you have a Mozilla project that you're working on, visit Mozdev and they can help get you set up with an area of your own to promote your project!
