The purpose of this conference is for people using Mozilla or who are thinking of using it, to sit down and find out more about it. Yes, there is no full release, but it is stable enough to build software with. These conferences are beneficial in that they generate interest in Mozilla, thus encouraging contributions that can only help the project.
