Eric Murphy writes in with a plea to BeOS developers to keep the Mozilla project for BeOS afloat. To read more, click "Full Article" below.
As a practising C++ programmer and BeOS/Mozilla fan, I'm eagerly waiting for my copy of BeOS R5 Pro to arrive so I can start hacking on Mozilla on my brand-spanking new Dell.
Despite numerous complaints about Mozilla's "bloat" (XPToolkit?) and the occasional call to write a new BeOS browser from scratch (good luck kids...) I think it's important to keep the BeZilla code as close as possible to the main Mozilla source tree. The offical BeZilla page talks about building an "enhanced" version of Mozilla, but isn't running on BeOS enough to turbo-charge any application? :)
