BugDay Tonight!Monday March 6th, 2000Asa Dotzler writes, "So you've got M14 and you like most of what you see... We're coming up on beta and now's the time to get those important bugs reported, confirmed, and assigned properly. Want to help out? Come to #mozillazine on irc.mozilla.org tonight (USA time) for BugDay. BugDay is a collaborative bug hunting, reporting and triage effort on IRC. If you're new to Mozilla or just new to the bug reporting process come by and we'll help you get started. If you're an old timer with lots of bugs under your belt then come help some newbies or help us confirm and assign growing number of unconfirmed bugs. There's plenty to do and not much time before the first commercial beta based on Mozilla. Now's the time to jump in and help make Mozilla better. Hope to see you all there. Oh, and if you've been reporting good bugs for a while and would like to see those bugs bypass the Confirm stage and go straight to New stop in and let us know. See ya Tonight." If you don't have an IRC client, you can use the Java IRC client on our chat page. Bug Day is lots of fun. I like it. |
