Remember the Most Frequent Bug List

Just a reminder to check the Most Frequent Bug list when submitting a bug. From the note below, way too many dupes are entering the system that could be found just by checking the list and doing some simple searching first.

Jan Leger of mozilla.org QA writes,

"Good news: Even more folks have joined us since M13 announcement, more folks writing bugs.
Bad news: Lot of incomplete written bugs and dups. Out of the 876 new bugs last week 137 were dups!

Two things can help:
(1) Review the Most Frequent Bug list before writing a bug -

(2) If a new bug is needed, and one is new to Bugzilla, please use the new Bugzilla Helper page to ensure a complete bug"
