So, Where Is Mike Shaver Going?
Tuesday January 18th, 2000
At a phone conference today, Mike Shaver announced that he will be joining Zero-Knowledge Systems of Montreal after leaving AOL at the end of the month. Mike reiterated that his move was not motivated by any displeasure with the Mozilla project, stating that he worked with some excellent people during his time at Netscape, and he looked forward to having a continuing presence on the project. Mike will be taking on a role as evangelist at Zero-Knowledge, and he will also be exploring open-source possibilities for Zero-Knowledge's Freedom™ technology, which provides pseudonyms, encryption, and an anonymizing network to protect privacy online.
