M12 is now out. Get it from the FTP site. It might be a little difficult to get in. If you have a mirror site, let us know in the forum, and we'll add your info to this news item.
So far there are releases for Mac, FreeBSD, Sparc Solaris 2.7, Windows, OpenVMS and Linux.

its pretty slow on my P90 with 16 MB RAM. That's why I also run it on my big and fast P90 with _32_ MB RAM. :) I think that the answer to your question is that the nightly builds and M releases do not include all of the debug code but do contain some. I'm out on a limb and gessing but even just pushing messages to that mozilla console has to use some resources. I have hopes that mozilla will run at acceptable levels on my P90 with 32 MB RAM but I don't hold out hope for 16MB RAM systems. We'll see. It feels plenty fast on my PII 350 with 128MB RAM at work.
