Why are some bugs forgotten?

Post by Lemm »

These three bugs (172080, 127642 and 164853) are open from long time. This three bugs concern the same problem and nothing any more occurs. The problem is still not corrected. It's really a Tech evangelism? I don't believe. Thank you for answer...

cool... I've therefore just marked 2 of those bugs resolved - not sure if there's something that may need looking at in the 3rd bug.

to answer the question why some bugs are ignored - it's because there are tens of thousands of bugs, and hundreds more every week, but only a few people looking at them, so there isn't time to look at all of them. if you want to help out (and you don't have to write code - anyone with a little technical knowledge can do testing and triage of bugs, or help with tech evangelism), that would be great :)
