I just had to say hat's off to all the devs of Mozilla, Phoenix, or Gecko (whatever is responsible for the printing and print preview in Phoenix). I am developing printer friendly version of some web reports which includes some tables. I noticed that in Moz products the thead tag is printed at the top of every page, which makes total sense, whereas IE seems to totally ignore this. Thanks for you forward thinking! Stuff like this is what pulls Mozilla/Gecko ahead of the crowd in my mind.
