Should Options always open to General pane?

<a href="http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=206192" title="preferences gui should default to 'general' section">Bug 206192</a> is about whether or not the Options dialogue should always open to the General pane or the last accessed pane. Opinions?

I would say no, I like that it opens in the last pane visited.
