The following problem may not be re-produced reliably, but I DID have encountered the problem many times.
1. Shut down phoenix by closing all Phoenix windows;
2. Start Phoenix with only one window;
3. Try to download a relatively big file (e.g., >1mb), that is the file takes enough time for you to perform step 4;
4. While the file is being downloaded, close the main Phoenix window and, of course leave the download window as it is;
5. The file may not be downloaded and there is no history kept in the download sidebar, though the download process finishes with no error.

There were several bugs already filed in bugzilla concerning this problem. All of these bugs have been marked duplicate of a Mozilla bug. The Moz bug has been fixed in the meantime, but Phoenix still seem to have the faulty behaviour.
So yesterday I filed a new bug (http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=191977) - see also related discussion over here: http://www.mozillazine.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=5516

It does get moved in Linux though so this is now Windows-only.
