Minotaur Update

The two major reasons why not much "appears" to be happening with
Minotaur are:
- we're frying other fish (mailviews, spam, branch work etc)
- we're waiting for xulpp to become available on all tier 1 platforms
I quote "appears" because:
- some of the branch work going on is for stand alone mail
- suresh is making progress with the XRE. (see
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/xul/xre.html)
I've updated http://www.mozilla.org/mailnews/minotaur/index.html to cover the xulpp issue.
