Mozilla 1.0.1 Release Candidate 2 and Mozilla 1.1 Test Builds

by ASA DOTZLER | I posted a few days ago that we had Mozilla 1.0.1 pretty much where we wanted it. Well, we've taken another fix and today we're posting a 1.0.1 release candidate 2. We think, again, that these builds are 'it' and will not require significant changes to become the 1.0.1 final builds.

The 1.0.1 release candidate 2 builds have not changed in any way that would impact our localization and theme contributors so any work in that area should be able to continue without interruption.

You can get the latest 1.0.1 release candidate at http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/releases/mozilla1.0.1rc2/.

We've also added the same fix to the 1.1 branch. There are new test builds and we're looking for help testing what we hope will be our final Mozilla 1.1 builds. You can help us test these 1.1 candidate builds by grabbing a build from http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest-1.1/. If you find something that should be a show-stopper for 1.1 please email drivers@mozilla.org.
